Today's workout

Great work today ladies! Cut off thumb and all ;) Chopping wood CAN be a great way to burn extra kcals...when you don't try to cut off your apendages. YOU did it though! Victory! Rock on girl!
 20 exercises for 20 repetitions! phew! 'nuf said...
Lunges, wall balls, sit ups, slam ball get-ups, chest press, hula hoop, pullups, dead lifts, KB swings, wide leg plie', Burpees, upright rows.. just to name a few. We challenged the whole bod!
Hopefully you went home and refueled. Carbs and protein, baby. I had a Shakeology shake...YUM-O!
Thanks for the tip on the fab-u local restaraunt, J! Can't wait to try it out! I'm glad you think of me when you see food and not just when you can't lower yourself on the loo!
